Affiliate Responsibilites
As a TFS Affiliate, your primary activities and responsbilities will include:
- Networking with schools, leagues, coaches, PTO/PTA groups, churches, etc.
- Reaching out through phone calls, emails text messages. and social media
- Giving presentations in person (or over Zoom) to groups (PTA/PTO, schools, teams, etc.)
Ideal Characteristics
The most successful Affiliates have all (or most) of the following:
- Character - motivated, excited, driven, desire to help others,
- Personality - friendly, outgoing, networker, "people person"
- Skills - organization, communication, presentation
- Experience - volunteer, coach, parent, or teacher

In order to ensure each affiliate can easily achieve their desired income levels, we will be limiting the number of affiliates to about 1,500. This ensures there is more than 300,000 people for each affiliate--which equates to hundreds of fundraisers.
There are no exclusive territories for affiliates--meaning you are free to run fundraisers anywhere in the United States. Once you run a Fundraiser, it will be locked down to you for 12 months. So as long as you schedule another fundraiser within a 12-month period, no other affiliate can approach that fundraiser.
No. There are no annual fees--only a one-time signup fee.
To remain an active affiliate, you must run at least 25 fundraisers each 12-month period. Each fundraiser much raise a minimum of $10,000 in order to be counted toward the minimum.
Since there are no exclusive territories, several affiliates may live in the same area. In fact, given the number of fundraisers even in just one high school, it is virtually impossible for any single person to be able to know each coach, teacher, team parent, etc. Plus, given the lack of exclusivity, you can branch out to other areas as well.
Each Affiliate will be given their own Affiliate Link--which will be attached to all of their marketing materials. When a user clicks on this link and starts a Fundraiser, that Affiliate will receive credit.
